Doors Open Events will try to return any money paid toward an event but no guarantees can be made after a certain date in the planning process. Typically this date is 1-2 weeks prior to the event. Due to the customization of each group's itinerary and agreements with vendors, any cancellation is handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have paid in full and are no longer able to go, the easiest solution is to sell your space to someone else who was not already planning on attending the event/weekend. If you have any questions, please contact us through the website and we will do everything possible to return at least a portion of your payment.
