Doors Open bridges the gap between organizations and vendors, allowing our clients to set the standard on campus for having the ultimate Greek Life experience, whether it's taking a trip to Jacksonville for formal weekend or throwing a great Halloween mixer on a Wednesday night.

Based in Charleston, South Carolina, we are the premiere contact to host any type of event or weekend in the Lowcountry and with our experience in cities such as Jacksonville, Columbia, Hilton Head, Nashville, New Orleans, Gatlinburg, Charlotte, and Knoxville (to name a few), it makes the planning process seamless should you want to try another city.

HOW WE OPEN DOORS
Most hotels, venues, and vendors meet Greek Life with an understandable amount of hesitancy when working together. Doors Open Events works directly with them and handles all contracts and negotiations to ensure our clients are taken care of, as well as the vendors, when entering any agreement. We are as insured as we are experienced and this comes as a comfort to everyone we work with during events.

Clients and vendors prefer us because we handle ALL the details and eliminate any confusion that comes with planning entire weekends and events from start to finish.

When working with Doors Open Events, you are provided security for events, as well as during your hotel stay for the entire weekend. Our security team is licensed and insured, in addition to being familiar with our clientele, so it is nothing but a benefit when it's late and noise complaints are made to have them on-site to intercept and give warnings before the front desk is notified. With their help, groups are able to relax and trust our team to maintain an outstanding relationship with hotels and venues and avoid any financial consequences such as being billed for disturbing other hotel guests when their level of excitement over the weekend be considered excessive or bothersome.
