UGA Sigma Chi Formal Weekend Final Payment

This deposit is for formal weekend January 6-8, 2017 in Charleston, SC. The total cost per brother includes two nights in a centrally-located hotel in the historic district within walking distance to all the best bars and restaurants. The cost will also include charter bus transportation to Charleston from Athens Friday morning and back to Athens Monday at approximately 4:00pm. Formal will be held at the SC Aquarium Saturday, January 7 from 8:00-11:00pm and there will be an open bar, heavy apps, a band, photobooth, and professional photographer. Included in the cost will also be a brunch on Saturday, January 7, at $50 per couple for brunch and bottomless mimosas. There will also be a bartab Friday, January 6 at a bar TBD. The oyster roast will not have an open bar, but there will be oysters, barbecue, and a cash-only bar... along with a DJ and photographer. The oyster roast venue is at Pavilion Watch Shelter on Folly Beach with views overlooking the ocean and the Folly River. Checkout at the hotel is 11:00am with buses leaving for the oyster roast by 11:30am.
