UF Sigma Nu Roadtrip Date Payment
This $155 payment is to fully secure your spot in Nashville for Roadtrip 2016 September 30-October 2 and will cover the cost of one brother to have a shared hotel room, hotel security, bar specials, bar tabs, and transportation to and from Vanderbilt. There will be two coach buses leaving Gainesville late Thursday, September 29 and returning by 8pm Sunday, October 2. After September 16, this payment may not be refundable and can only be transferred to another brother who has not yet signed up for Roadtrip. Melissa will do her best to refund your deposit should you need to cancel after September 16 but cannot make any promises. After September 16, absolutely no refunds can be given and the only way to recover money spent would be to sell your spot to another person who isn't already on the rooming list. If at all possible, when paying online please memo in the full name of who you'll be rooming with and parents, if you are paying for your son/daughter and have a different last name, please memo in their name! It's okay if not, just trying to be proactive and keep track of names as payments are made! If you make a payment and are no longer able to attend, you can sell your spot to another person who still has to pay or decides to go to Nashville at the last minute (the person will pay you directly, both of you will message me to make the change on the rooming list, and I'll mark them as paid). After September 16, the chance of receiving a refund is slim to none as all deadlines will have passed but I will try my best to refund at least some percentage of your payment but unfortunately cannot guarantee anything more. Doors Open Events will try to return any money paid toward an event but no guarantees can be made after a certain date in the planning process. Typically this date is 1-2 weeks prior to the event. Due to the customization of each group's itinerary and agreements with vendors, any cancellation is handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have paid in full and are no longer able to go, the easiest solution is to sell your space to someone else who was not already planning on attending the event/weekend. If you have any questions, please contact us through the website and we will do everything possible to return at least a portion of your payment.
