Davidson SAE Private Room Payment

This cost covers room and tax for one night of formal weekend. Your roommate will be responsible for the other night's room and tax. There is a 3.5% processing fee included.
 
Hotel room rate is $189 + 13.5% tax and then 3.5% processing fee.
 
If you have to cancel it is your responsibility to find a replacement. Otherwise no refunds will be given as we are so close to arrival. 
 
Details for formal weekend will be shared in the private Facebook group. Bus departure times, drink specials, and formal information will also be on this page, so feel free to invite your dates to the group so they know what is going on. Photos will be shared on the Doors Open Events Facebook page.
